The case for fewer projects
The honest math on most ambitious people is that they are running too many things at once and calling it range.
Every open project has a tax you do not see on the invoice: the cost of holding it in your head. Switching between them. Apologizing for the ones that slipped. The guilt of the tab you keep meaning to get back to.
I closed half of mine. Not because they were bad ideas. Because attention is the one budget you cannot expand, and I was spending mine in coins.
What is left got better almost immediately. Fewer things, more finished. It turns out the constraint was never time. It was the refusal to choose.
